To communication with District patrons, the District publishes newsletters from time to time.

Initially the newsletters were mailed to everyone in the District; however, the newsletter is now online to minimize printing and postage costs (postage to mail the newsletter to all households costs the District over $300).  Regardless, any Distirct resident that wants a printed newsletter will have the ability to receive one.
